Secondary market
The secondary market's resell prices depend on factors such as availability, popularity, and how fast the presale sells. The recommended services to use are; https://www.viagogo.co.uk/selltickets, https://www.stubhub.co.uk/sell/ & https://www.ticketswap.uk/.
Ticket information
Each ticket provider has a ticket limit per PERSON, if you go over this limit your whole order may be cancelled. There are ways to purchase more such as, on a new device using a brand new account with a virtual card will bypass this restriction. We will tell you the ticket limit in each alert. Avoid singular seats and VIP tickets unless stated. We will always provide you with the relevant information on what we recommend buying, including the venue.
Refund policy
Refunds are typically not given by event managers, even in the unlikely scenario that the event is cancelled they will usually reschedule. If this ever happens we will notify you of what to do next, generally, the tickets sold will be eligible for the next event but this can cause some issues with people not being able to attend and demanding a refund.
Website information
We recommend you to be waiting on the website for at least 15 minutes before the tickets go on sale. Joining the queue on multiple devices will help you if one queue goes down and you are kicked out, furthermore you will have the option to purchase above the ticket limit.
Taking advantage of pre-sales
On most new events, there will be an opportunity to purchase a few days prior to the general release - this will give us first dibs on the available tickets and offer an extra chance to secure the most popular events when going for both the presale and general release. -o2 Priority will offer you the best chance to secure tickets with favorable presale availability, often before other retailers, and covers a wide range of events! https://priority.o2.co.uk/register.
